Syracuse police found a woman's body behind a house on Westmoreland this morning around 10:30. Police have not identified the woman, but say she is an apparent homicide victim.
NCC News' Alex Silverman says the woman was not a resident of the Westmoreland home.
Westmoreland Avenue is blocked between Lexington Avenue and East Genessee Street. NCC's Ranbir Boyal will have more on the investigation on NCC News at four.
