In a case of workplace violence, Annie Le, a Yale graduate student was murdered and stuffed into a a wall of the research building where she worked. According to the Associated Press, Raymond Clark III, who also worked in the research facility is being charged today with the murder. His bail is set at $3 million and is currently in a holding cell.
Police are still investigating the connection between the two. Clark worked in the lab as a janitor and was linked to the case after DNA and other evidence was collected from the crime scene, proving he was the killer.
Le had been missing for four days before police found her body. This was the day she was supposed to be married to fellow graduate student, Jonathan Widawsky. Parents of Widawsky are preparing for a private Jewish service for "a wedding that was not to be."
