Syracuse Christmas Tree Comes Downtown

by Chris McGrath

SYRACUSE, N.Y. - It's starting to look a lot like Christmas in Syracuse.

Retail stores have been decorated for the holiday for a few weeks now and the city's already seen its first snowfall.

To top things off, the annual Christmas tree will be erected in Clinton Square around noon.

The 70-foot Norway spruce will be lit November 27th during the annual Holiday Magic in the Square Celebration tree lighting ceremony.

The tree was found on the grounds of the Elmcrest Children's Center.
